Inventory

CDI’s design team works to create projects of all size and scope. We meet with clients to develop a vision for their project. Through use of site visits and face to face client meetings we build their personalized design into a series of construction documents. These 2D drawings are then used to build true to life 3D models which helps ensure the client envisions their wildest dreams come true.

Analysis

Our expertise includes everything from concept to final design, design - build, oversight and site construction for a range of projects: Landscape Architecture, master planned communities, transportation services, parks and recreation, streetscapes, commercial, and residential design projects. As well as Hotels, resorts, and college campuses.

Design

We use industry leading technology to develop conceptual landscape designs, construction documents, renderings, 3D fly throughs, estimates, time lines, detailed build schedules and specialized detail documents in order to make the construction process as streamline as possible. We often create supporting graphics as representations for many proposals, projects, and conceptual designs to expand on the client’s vision.

Budget/Bid

Background research into the climates, environments, traffic studies and departmental interaction are all areas we use in order to ensure success for our clients. We are always looking for opportunities to expand on our experiences and education within our field. This keeps us up-to-date on new materials, products and trends in order to surpass our clients expectations. Execution/Build

Here at CDI we help create intimate, custom, outdoor living spaces for everyday use. We design these spaces to outlast the everyday use while providing a unique and custom experience for each individual space. With nature in mind, our designers utilize natural processes and local materials to ensure each space is sustainable and usable for years to come.

CDI Studios, as part of CDI Services, is the largest environmental contractor in the western United States. We take great pride in being responsible stewards of our natural environment through each of our specialized divisions, from large land-reclamation projects to high-end residential and commercial landscape design and construction.

The cascading water feature paired with a custom outdoor fireplace and patio is the highlight of every weekend spent at home. The ideas that CDI brought to the table to connect all of our ideas and form them into one comprehensive estate was above and beyond our hopes. From walking paths to picnic areas, they used the existing topography and wooded conditions to create a wonderland we are now happy to call home.
